Well, what do you think? Do you think we should all just go for the cheapest car insurance or the BEST car insurance? Or are we of the mindset that the cheapest IS the best? Let’s discuss.
If we think that cheaper car insurance rates are what we should be striving for, then we are probably all on the same page. But by no means, in my experience, do we stop there. Think about it: if we are shopping for clothes, should we buy the shirt that costs a dollar and will tear in a day? Or is it better that we spend a little more today so we don’t have to buy another shirt tomorrow?
The cheapest auto insurance quote you can get is a start, for sure. But as mentioned in the paragraph above, it is JUST a start. There is usually a REASON you are getting the cheapest rates, and most of the time, unfortunately, it comes down to a lack of customer service and / or “care” policies.
Talk to the representative and find out literally WHY they offer such low rates. Find out how big your business is and how long they have been in business. This will tell you a lot.
To all of my fellow Atlanta residents, you know how important it is to find a good insurance agency and you know how tight money can be, especially now. So do some shopping, get things in writing, and when you finally decide to get back to the 285 with the confidence of an insured vehicle, do it because you know you made the right decision, not JUST because you did the AFFORDABLE thing. choice.
