Natural Remedies for Anxiety: Top 5 Exercises to Relieve Anxiety

Relationship

The butterflies woke me up. But instead of being in an enchanted land with fluttering fairies and surreal colors, I looked up at the ceiling and worried about money again. My old friend Anxiety had returned. He came back to my world and as usual he didn’t even bother to play …

My breathing had become short. I had to sit up and use the urge to get out of bed and prepare for the day. God, was it really just Wednesday?

Never mind. I got down to the ground, assumed the push-up position, and proceeded to do push-ups. 10-20-30, nonstop for a break until I hit 50. The butterflies weren’t quite gone yet, but they would soon be like dead leaves crushed in the palm of my hand, before they could completely molt. exploded anxiety attack.

As I know that I am not the only one who has suffered from anxiety, I wanted to share the only thing that has always helped me, which has been using fitness to relieve anxiety. As simplistic as it may sound, sometimes it’s the simplest and most fundamental things in life that still work the best. And therefore it is sometimes worth remembering.

So get up, get going and keep moving. It is like being in a war zone. You don’t want to become an easy target, so you have to keep moving! Here are my top 5 exercises to ease anxiety naturally:

  • Lizards. Do as many as you can in one minute. Don’t worry (ha ha!) About how many things you can or cannot do. Your goal is simply to get going and improve slowly, but doing more each time. You will be surprised how quickly you will improve.
  • ABS. They’re not just for sexy abs anymore! Especially say this to the person who suffers from pitfall anxiety. The goal here is the same as the push-ups; do as many as you can in sixty seconds. This is a great exercise to get rid of butterflies and yes, it will help you have some sexy abs, if you also eat well.
  • Dominated. This may be the hardest for some people, especially if you don’t have access to a chin bar, but you can buy an over-the-door model, screw one to the wall, rafter / beam in the garage, or even use the branch of a tree in the yard or in a nearby park. Do as many as you can. Even if it’s just 1 rep and then try 2 next time and so on. This is another exercise where you will improve quickly if you stick with it.
  • Air squats or deep knee bends. Just squat down until your thighs are completely parallel to the floor at 90 degrees while keeping your back as straight as possible. You can extend your arms in front of you to help maintain balance and momentum. Again, do as many as you can in one minute.
  • Jogging or running. I realize that not everyone can put on their running shoes and go for a few miles, but if you can, do it. If not, that’s fine too, but get out and walk at a brisk pace to get your heart rate up, thereby strengthening your cardiovascular system. Fresh air is best, so get outside if you can. Even if it is raining. Hug him!

You’ll notice that none of these exercises require a fancy gym and that’s the point. You don’t need to spend money to relieve anxiety! It can be achieved naturally, with a little effort, but once it gets going, Will feeling better. For your health and success!
