A word of warning before going into the Gironde 8×8 workout; these workouts are tough. They are not for beginners and you need to eat right to recover from these workouts.

Vince recommended that you eat a lot of eggs and steak in his bodybuilding routines. I’m talking up to 12 eggs a day and 6 for breakfast. I understand this can be difficult, but Vince said this produced steroid-like gains!
