Our beds are a much larger and essential part of our daily lives, but how often do we actually take notice of our beds (besides, of course, when we fall into them)? Not really enough. All of these factors contribute to poor quality sleep due to inhalation of these microscopic allergens that trigger allergic reactions, such as coughing or wheezing; sneezing or nasal congestion, etc.

Your body’s mattress requirements change, but mattresses don’t

Mattresses eventually lose their ability to properly support your body, the longer you sleep on them. Also, age, body weight changes, and pregnancy all have an effect on this, as your body may require a unique mattress that is soft enough for your body, while remaining firm. Inadequate mattresses, which do not support our bodies enough, can cause discomfort to sleep, loss of sleep, and wake up with aches and pains every morning.
