A leadership team development (LTD) review from someone whose mom said the system wouldn’t work

Business

I have considered writing my story for a while now, and after deciding to give back more to the corporation and the training and support system that have had an impact on my business, I decided now is the time to do it.

If you’re here, it’s probably because you heard about developing leadership teams after attending our information session or because someone, perhaps someone you met recently, contacted you to see the company as a business fit for you. and decided to review some information on what you can learn about the company.

Being that Leadership Team Development (LTD) is a relatively new training and support system that has only been in business for only a few years, most people are unaware of the scale of the organization.

In the short time that leadership team development (LTD) has been in business, it has led to conflict, condemnation, and, on the opposite side, many dedicated promoters. Leadership Team Development (LTD) was created by 12 Diamond Distributors of the Amway business who had a desire to create a superior Amway business for individuals interested in building the Amway business. Most of the denigration is a carryover from many years ago due to IBOs from other organizations who did not run their businesses with the best of intentions. Some critics have assumed that since Amway representatives created Leadership Team Development (LTD), it was a me-too-organization. I know several of the top diamonds personally, have been in their homes and it’s obvious that the haters haven’t taken the time to familiarize themselves with diamonds and what they represent, and thus far, Leadership Team Development (LTD ) has been misrepresented.

This post is not about going into all the critical stories from the past, if you want to find those stories, they are easy to find. This post is to tell you about the real story of Leadership Team Development (LTD) and the positive experiences I’ve had. I was a representative of the Amway business before Leadership Team Development (LTD) began and I can tell you that the Amway business today is getting better by the day.

How I Got Involved in Leadership Team Development (LTD)

After I got out of college and took my first corporate consulting job, I was approached by one of my co-workers and later found out I was at Amway on the Leadership Team Development (LTD) team. He asked, “Are you keeping your options open for additional ways to produce income?” I said, “Yeah, doing what”? He said, “Well, I can’t talk about it here in the office, but give me your mobile phone number and I’ll have one of my business partners call you and tell you what we’re doing.”

How Leadership Team Development (LTD) Helped Me Get Out of Debt

When I finished college, I built up $10,000 in credit card balances, financed a new car, borrowed a down payment on a condo, put my TV, home theater, and microwave on credit. I was literally in debt and going down fast. There were more days in the month than money each month and it was extremely stressful.

The night I went to an informational meeting, I called my mom to let her know I was going to an informational session, and she said, “Oh, I bet you’re going to an Amway meeting, don’t get your hopes up.” . My mom had been in the old Amway many years before and she had a not so positive experience with a sponsor that she didn’t care about people. I told her: “Mom, if I don’t start dreaming now, what am I going to hope for in the future”?

I attended my first briefing and listened to the presenter go into details about the business. It was there that I first heard about Amway, a network marketing company that sells billions each year and sells countless company products and services to be sold by its distributors around the world. That night they also told me about a personal leadership development and training system created by 12 billionaires called Leadership Team Development (LTD). I was later coached by one of those 12 millionaires and it would prove to have a positive impact on who I was in many ways. I went home that night with a healthy skepticism, but in the back of my mind I knew there was something about IBOs in the room. I later found out that everyone in the room was a member of Leadership Team Development (LTD) and with their support I knew I would be successful.

After 18 to 24 months of effort working 10 to 15 hour weeks, my wife and I had built an organization producing over $500,000 in sales while both of us continued to work our careers full-time, and I was completely out of debt. .

How Leadership Team Development (LTD) Helped Me Learn New Leadership and Communication Skills

Leadership Team Development (LTD) is a training system that sells personal development, communication and leadership training materials, events, and a team of proven business coaches to help anyone looking to grow a great Amway business. While being involved in Leadership Team Development (LTD) does not guarantee someone’s success at Amway, the support system teaches the practices necessary to succeed in the business.

Being at Amway with Leadership Team Development (LTD), I have been encouraged to read books that, when applied, have been shown to help others succeed, listen to audios, and attend events produced by top leaders. Leadership Team Development (LTD) program that has allowed me to learn communication and leadership skills that I have been able to use in business, at work, and in my marriage. I have had the opportunity to become a successful entrepreneur, a much better partner to my wife and father by being associated with the men in Leadership Team Development (LTD).

Why Leadership Team Development (LTD) Draws Criticism

There will always be people presenting their opinions. Usually, the people who have time to criticize something are people who have nothing better to spend their time on than trying to tear others down with them. Perhaps you have heard the story of the crabs in the bucket. Just as a crab starts to come out, two of his closest acquaintances come up and push him into the bucket.

The reality is that people criticize what they don’t understand. Most people who have grown up in long-established public education systems were not taught the philosophy of achievement, nor what it takes to be successful in their own business. School teaches students how to go to school, get decent grades, go to work, and promises the hope of doing it. What does that mean?

So when certain people approach leaders who have learned how to succeed, sometimes they just don’t understand and walk away because those people aren’t ready to change their mindset and succeed.

Sadly, every once in a while those honest people get wind of someone else trying to make a move to make their life better, and just like those crabs, they try to bring them down. Are you aware that no one erected a statue to applaud the achievements of someone who wasted their day criticizing things they knew nothing about?

Do I have to buy books, CDs and attend functions that promote Leadership Team Development (LTD)?

Have you ever met someone who was successful at something and then meet someone else who couldn’t achieve the same goal? What are the differences in those two people? Let’s assume for a moment that they have the same physical and mental capacities. Don’t worry, I’m not going to tell you the story of Roger Bannister. Surely you have heard it many times. No matter how you shake it, at the end of the day, the difference is the mindset. The truth is that when two people try to solve a problem, one with a success mindset and one with less than that, the pessimistic mindset will end in defeat. The challenge is a success mindset is a deep subject.

There are hundreds of books, audios, and events produced each year to address success. There are more resources available for developing a success mindset than probably any other topic. If you already have a success mindset unlike 99.9% of the people on this planet, you can probably get by without them. If you’re like the rest of us who have a lot of room for improvement, you might be worth investing in.

Some of my friends in this industry make six and seven figure incomes and spend thousands of dollars each month on personal development. Those same people invested hundreds of dollars a month in personal development when they started in the industry. They tell me that without personal development they would never have reached the levels they have today. Most of the success has to do with what you think about what you do and not just what you do alone.

I have purchased almost every resource that Leadership Team Development (LTD) has available, and many of the successes I have achieved have been a result of the mindset I came to have from studying those materials and events.

Parting Remarks on Leadership Team Development (LTD)

Leadership Team Development (LTD) has given us the ability to do great things. Our business has produced millions in sales and we have helped generate millions upon thousands in revenue. Someone’s success in business depends entirely on what they put into it. There are three types of people on this planet, those who make something happen, those who see things happen, and those who say, “What happened?” Only you can decide which of those people you are.

If you still need more information, contact the person who invited you to see the opportunity, resolve all your concerns, and then find out how you can get started. Timing is everything. The time you have right now is a gift. That’s why they call it the present.
