Advantages COD MW2

Gaming

A. Every benefit in detail

Advantages of slot 1

Marathon

The marathon advantage allows you to run nonstop without getting out of breath. This is useful for runners and people who like close combat. Once you’ve run 26 miles, marathon equipped, you unlock Marathon Pro, giving you the ability to climb stairs and things faster.

Trick

Sleight of hand gives you a faster reload, especially useful if you have a light machine gun. It is also useful for runners, melee players, and stealth players. Makes the reload time of the SMG incredibly fast.

To unlock Sleight of Hand Pro you need to get 150 kills with equipped hand sets. Sleight of Hand Pro helps you aim faster. This is very important one on one with an enemy. Many times it is about who raises the gun and shoots first.

Scavenger

The scavenger is a very useful perk. Works great with machine guns that are always running out of ammo or have a quick fire accessory. Having this buff equipped, you can resupply from corpses and you will notice a small blue bag next to them. To unlock Scavenger Pro, resupply 100 times using scavenger.

Scavenger Pro offers additional magazines for your weapons when you respawn. Big advantage for runners with a submachine gun equipped.

Expensive

Bling allows you to have two weapon accessories on any weapon. But if you have no or only one unlocked accessories, it would be a waste of profit. It is very useful for unlocking attachments quickly and earning more XP.

Bling pro is unlocked once 200 kills are obtained with 2 accessories equipped. This gives you two attachments in your secondary.

One man army

One ManArmy allows you to change classes at any time during the game. It also replaces your secondary and takes 5 seconds. This is a very useful class, if you are running out of ammo all you have to do is change classes.

One Man Army Pro is unlocked with 120 kills and you can swap classes faster. If you run an empty magazine in a shootout, you don’t have any secondary to switch to.

Advantages of slot 2

Stopping power

This is the benefit most used by beginners. It gives your weapon additional damage against enemies. This is great for a beginner desperately trying to kill. You are more likely to use this benefit at first for a while.

Stopping Power Pro is unlocked with 120 kills with stopping power equipped. This also gives you more weapon damage against vehicles. Fewer shots are needed to take down a harrier or helicopter.

Light

Light weight helps you run faster. Combined with Marathon and a small weapon like the P90 for close combat it can be lethal. If you’ve always wanted to be a P90 face slicer, this is the perk for you.

Lightweight Pro unlocks after running 30 miles in light gear. Lightweight Pro allows you to draw your weapon faster after running.

Hard line

Hardline helps you get kill streaks with 1 less death. So for example it would only take 3 kills to get your care package.

Hardline Pro unlocks after 40 killstreaks with hardline equipped, this gives you deathstreak with 1 less kill.

Only use Hardline if you can kill other players in a row. It doesn’t make much sense to replace Stopping Power with Hardline if you still don’t get more than 6 or 7 kills per game. Also try using Hardline with other high damage weapons, like M16 or AK47 they don’t need stopping power. Braking energy is also not required in Hardcore modes. Hardline works well in Hardcore.

Cold blood

Cold-Blooded makes you invisible to helicopters, harriers, uav, and sentries. This is a great advantage for snipers and campers, but it is useful for all styles.

Cold-Blooded Pro unlocks with 40 destroyed enemy kill streak rewards. You will have no name or crosshairs, which will make it difficult for the enemy to detect you.

Danger near

I don’t really use this, but Danger close gives your launchers, grenades, and Claymore increased explosive damage. It would probably work quite well with grenade launchers and javellin

Danger Close Pro is unlocked by getting 100 kills with danger close. Gives you higher explosive damage on your kill streaks, would be nice with AC-130

Advantages of slot 3

Command

Commando increases your melee range a bit, giving you a huge advantage when up close.

Commando Pro unlocks after 20 kills with Commando equipped. This doesn’t give you any fall damage, so you can lift the tallest building and survive as long as you stay on the map.

Good aim

Consistent aim increases the accuracy of your hip shot. This is useful for runners who don’t have time to stop and take aim.

Steady Aim Pro unlocks with 80 kills while shooting from the hip and, oddly enough, it’s made for sniping. It gives you more time to breathe when preparing to shoot.

Encoder

When you are near an enemy scrambler it interferes with their radar. Sounds great at first, but it also lets the enemy know you’re close.

Scrambler Pro is very useful. Claymore causes delays. Much more useful than the encoder.

Ninja

Ninja keeps you from appearing on Heartbeat sensors and a personal favorite. They are especially useful in hardcore mode, where at least 1 person on the other team almost certainly has a heartbeat sensor.

Ninja Pro is unlocked with 50 close-range kills with ninja equipped. It makes your steps quiet, which is very useful.

SitRep

This lets you know where enemy tactical inserts and explosives are. I never use this benefit. I don’t normally die for Claymore and TIs are a bright flash hard to miss.

SitRep for Pro is unlocked by destroying 120 enemy explosives or TI. This allows you to hear the footsteps of the enemy much more easily, however if the enemy is using Ninja Pro you will be able to hear them.

Last Stand

Last Stand gives you one last chance before dying. The only difference from Modern Warfare’s classic Last Stand is that you can crawl too.

Last Stand Pro is unlocked with 20 kills using Last Stand. This allows you to launch frag grenades or other equipment. I never really use this, however I do use the final kill streak which is very useful.

B. Errors when using the benefits

Request. Be sure to take your time when setting up classes and make sure all the benefits work together. If you wanted to focus on melee people, the perks that would work best would be Light, Marathon, and Ninja, but the same perks would not work for Snipers. So study the advantages that suit the style that suits you best.

Matches The benefits will also vary depending on the type of match you play. Playing Hardcore you would never need stopping power. Even a silenced weapon works well in Hardcore. If you had a good sniping point with Cold Blooded and Ninja with a silencer equipped, you will get some good kill streaks

Scrambler. I wouldn’t recommend using this unless the other team is using a lot of Claymores, it gives away your position, which is a huge disadvantage.
