The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Reunion

Arts Entertainments

Ok yes I am guilty as charged, I am a fan of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The meeting just ended, thank God, I was embarrassed the whole time. I found out about these Twitter wars that have been going on, so I had to jump on the bandwagon and “follow” all the girls on Housewives. I must have missed the worst part of it all, but it was still apparent how petty was going on.

You know, when I first started watching this show, I have to admit it was all about Teresa Giudice and I really felt bad for her. I even felt embarrassed for her, you know, when someone does something stupid and you’re embarrassed by them? Now, I think she’s just being fake, mostly. She’s so mean to everyone and she just seems to want to cause trouble with everyone, and keep the drama party lively so she’ll still have a slot on the show and keep getting the paychecks she’s getting. Maybe if she were open about the fact that she’s a bit of a dork and stopped trying to pretend to be someone she’s not, then she wouldn’t seem like a witch, and people might appreciate and understand her more.

Poor Jacqueline Laurita couldn’t even make it to the meeting because she was mentally and physically ill, which is what she tweeted during the beginning of the show when she also apologized to everyone for not being able to make it. They said that there was an incident that happened during the filming of the fourth season that is happening right now that led to her making the decision not to even attend the meeting. For my part, I can’t wait to see that episode.

Melissa Gorga used to be my least favorite, she seemed faker than all of them put together. But as the seasons passed, I put my foot in my mouth. I think she’s in a position that no woman would trade places with, even with all the glamor and fame, a no-win situation for sure. She once again relives her father’s death on the reunion show now that Andy brings it up, and while Melissa is crying and saying that her father would be happy just knowing she’s happy, there’s Teresa, cutting her in half. of the moment. ! Although Melissa puts into this act that I will never buy that she is just an innocent bystander, I still think that her intentions when it comes to that, are not malicious as others seem to be.

And Caroline Manzo…huh. I hate to say it, but she went from being one of my favorites to just plain annoying. She always has to be such a know-it-all, and she can never be wrong. It’s annoying when people are always right! Being wrong and not knowing everything under the sun is what I think makes us all human. It’s almost as if, as the seasons go by, she doesn’t want to be there because she’s so much “better” than everyone else. So my question is, why is she still there? Maybe she will honor us without her presence next season. It seems that she would enjoy life more without this show.

Kathy Wakile, I think, is a sweetheart deep down and means well, but she can’t keep her stories straight either! She seems like she just wants everyone to get along, but that’s a no-win situation.

In the end, I’ll continue to watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey religiously, because let’s be honest, it’s nice to watch other people’s drama for a change. We all have crazy lives going on with our families, neighbors, and friends. Hey, if they offered me a paycheck to put my drama on national TV, I’d be right there with them. So bring the drama to the ladies and more power to yourself!
