Expect AOL Texas Hold Em poker to be a pretty popular platform for poker. The reason is that since the game is part of a giant Internet media and service company, you would expect it to have a large following.

At its peak, AOL had more than 30 million subscribers. One would expect with those numbers that their poker game would have millions of thousands of players.

Unfortunately, that is not the case. AOL Texas Hold Em poker had no impact on the game. I’ll explain why in a minute, but first I’ll explain what it is.

AOL hosts one of the largest online communities in the world. Hopefully this is a natural home for an online poker game. As a result of the great community they created poker rooms for their members and it is free to play.

You have the option to play No Limit or Limit Texas Hold Em. You can play in the single or multiplayer version. They have low stakes, high stakes, and super high stakes. They even have their own tournaments.

In theory, I would expect this to be very popular. However, that is far from the case. The problem is that very few players participate. For example, at the time of writing this article there are only 72 players participating in the Limit room and 1.4370 in the No Limit room. Even the latest number is not impressive.

The reason is that it is overshadowed by Bebo Texas Hold Em and Facebook Texas Hold Em. Both social networks have millions of players participating in their poker rooms. And at any given time you have millions upon thousands, if not over a million players participating. This makes AOL look like a peanut.

One of the reasons why social networks attract more gamers is because more people are connected to social networks. The days of AOL are outnumbered. People no longer participate in this online community and have chosen to be a part of Facebook.

Another reason for its small success is that some people say that the game is not realistic. Some players claim that cheating is taking place. For example, a common claim is that they would score from bad hands, which is not mathematically possible in poker. It doesn’t seem to reflect reality.

If AOL Texas Hold Em Poker wants to stand a chance against social media, it will have to update its software and provide benefits and rewards to players. Perhaps it would even be useful to have a poker tutorial.

However, if you really want to master your online poker and want to get to the point where you can win big money, then an online community or social media will be the place for you to play. You’re not going to make any money there.
