Crock Pot Peanut Butter Pork

What do you need:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Combine pork, bell peppers, garlic, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker. Cover and cook for 8 to 9 hours on low heat. When done, remove the pork from the pot and mix the peanut butter with the juices. Return the meat to the slow cooker and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Arrange pork tenderloin on a serving plate and top with green onions and roasted peanuts. Garnish with lime wedges.

Slow Cooked Cream of Corn

What do you need:

  • 1 1/4 packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar in a crock pot. Spice with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 4 to 6 hours on low or 2 to 4 hours on high. Serve immediately.

Crock Pot Creamy Turkey and Potatoes

What do you need:

  • 3 large turkey thighs
  • 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 cups cooked long grain white rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 pinch of seasoned meat tenderizer
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, mix chicken and mushroom soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper until smooth. Place the turkey legs in a slow cooker and pour the mushroom soup mixture over the meat. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. When ready, add the potatoes to the pot and season with meat tenderizer, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 more hours on high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove the turkey from the pot and cut the meat from the bones. Return the meat to the slow cooker, stir and cook for 1 more hour. Serve warm over cooked rice.
