Resident Evil – Umbrella Chronicles (Wii)

Shopping Product Reviews

The Umbrella Chronicles isn’t just a senseless shooting, it’s a story that finally exposes what happens to the devious Umbrella Corporation. The camera’s predominantly first-person view takes you through haunting places. You will need a Wii remote to play Umbrella Chronicles because the action is auto-choreographed and preset for you. Point the Wii remote control at your TV screen and destroy the zombies.

Gender is like that. SEGA has House of the Dead and Capcom has Resident Evil – the Dead Aim. In The Umbrella Chronicles you will survive only if you kill with speed and precision. The camera makes dramatic 180-degree turns to show the fast-paced Crimsons. Slowly peek around corners to reveal zombies crawling to you. It takes you through the mansion in a cinematic way. It wobbles up and down to give you the feeling that your character is really running.

The Wii Remote gives you pixel-perfect shooting precision. Button A collects items and chooses routes, while Button B is its trigger. Press it to shoot, it’s that simple! Press the A button to counter the attack of the zombie hordes. The camera will back up at this point to reveal that your character sends a powerful kick their way, knocking them down. Your reticle decreases in size when you hold it over a zombie’s face for a longer period. The smaller the reticle, the better your chances of making a one-shot head bang.

The Umbrella Chronicles is not entirely new to those who have played through the many offerings of the surviving horror franchise. It takes you back to a mansion, aboard the train, and to the police station before you finally reach Umbrella’s fortress. The game focuses on the aiming, shooting and aiming feature of the Resident Evil franchise. Chris Redfield, Billy Coen, Rebecca Chambers and Carlos Oliveira are the dominant characters in this electronic game. They have different abilities and possess their own unique weapons.
