The same mode can be used for a stuffed crust pizza for about 7 minutes or 12 to 15 minutes as the rising crust pizza. A regular crust pizza with a few extra toppings will need dual then top mode to cook the extra layer.
When baking pizza, the cooking time will depend on the voltage used to operate the Presto Pizzazz pizza oven. A higher voltage will result in a shorter cook time, but a lower voltage will mean a longer cook time.
By default, the electric motor turns on and rotates the baking pan every time the oven is plugged in and the baking pan is positioned correctly. The heating elements will only heat up once the timer is set. The timer will sound and the heating element will turn off when the cooking time has expired. The electric motor that rotates the baking tray works independently of the timer. It will only stop rotating if the baking tray is removed or the oven is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
