Five ways to show you’re a soccer fan

Sports

Anyone can say they are a football fan without ever having to show it. After all, if you’re a fan, you’re a fan, right? But what if you were put to the test and had to prove that you are a football fan? You could do it? There are many ways to show you’re a soccer fan, and here are five of the simplest and most extreme ways to do it:

  1. Tattoos – Tattoos are no longer considered a badge of honor for those who served in the military during war times like the 1940s. For some time now, tattoos have become part of the mainstream in America and it seems that young and old alike are quick to commit to permanent body art. This is a great forum to show your love for your soccer team by having their logo proudly emblazoned on your person.
  2. Man/Girl Cave: You don’t have to scar your body to show your soccer pride. Just setting up a room in the house to watch the games with all your memorabilia is proof enough of your loyalty. You can have an artist come in and do an entire mural on one wall if you really want to go all out.
  3. Decorate your car: This can go from subtle to extreme very easily. If you want to show the world or at least those drivers on the street who you support, you can always put a sticker on your car. These can range from small to very large, with some fans even going as far as painting their vehicle in their team colors and then adding decals. Others will do a complete vehicle wrap that covers the entire vehicle.
  4. Wear Football Clothes – The easiest way to show that you are a football fan is to simply wear the clothes that represent your team. There is no limit to the amount of loot you can buy with logos. All the teams have their own sports store and there are many others online that also offer them. It can be fun to find some items that are unique and that no one else supporting the team can have.
  5. Start or Join a Booster Club – Even if you don’t live in the same city your team plays in, there’s a good chance there’s a booster club out there for them. All teams have official booster clubs, so do a web search and you’re bound to find one. If there isn’t a team building club in your area, email the main chapter and find out how to start one. Other fans in your area can join you on game days to cheer on your team.

There are many ways to show that you are a football fan. The five examples above are just a drop in the ocean of all the ways fans show their pride.
