The construction and construction of houses depends on a set of plans, design and specifications. But before that, the house plot has been selected and the budget has been determined. A plan or design plan of a house includes the following aspects and elements:

• Foundation Plan – This plan shows the dimensions and shape of the home’s foundation, which includes the exterior foundation walls along with any interior piers or columns. This plan will be used to lay out and build the foundations; also shows location of plumbing lines and fixtures

• Floor Plan – will indicate rooms and spaces, the sizes and the general flow of the house. The number of rooms: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, study, guest room, etc. will appear here. Also the positioning of doors and windows.

• Elevation Plan – The elevation plan shows the general appearance and shape of the building from all sides, including how many stories, whether the level is split, height of the building, terrace or open spaces, type of roof, etc. .

• Site Plan – This plan shows the entire parcel drawn to scale, how the house sits in the design, along with other major exterior features such as walkways, driveways, fences, retaining walls, patios, wells, septic tanks, etc.
